Electricfil has chosen to structure its industrial production, on the one hand, into flexible production cells by activity, grouping the entire production process from A to Z under a single manager, and on the other hand, into lines dedicated to a technology for very large production series (VRS sensors, Hall effect sensors, temperature sensors), whose redundancy in France ad abroad (Turkey, Bulgaria China or in the States) secures uninterrupted supply with the same quality level. This organization enables the company to respond to the twin requirements of mass production and customization, and to supply its customers in complete confidence. Certified QS 9000 and Q1 since 1994, today, the company obtained new automotive certification, ISO/TS 16949:2002 and ISO 140001 certification, in favor of environment.

 Investment
Each year, Electricfil invests from 7 to 8 percent of its turnover in its industrial plants. This equipment is especially dedicated for the startup of new production series, and to the increase of production capacities, in Europe as well as in the Chinese or American industrial subsidiaries.

Differentiation at the end of the line
Flexible modules reconcile productivity and customization, allowing for mass production of products that are then customized at the end of the line.

 Personnel and values
To guarantee its customers both productivity and quality, Electricfil has chosen to invest in people. Its operators have both very specific skills and a broad vision of their field of activity. Through active participation in improving each workstation, autonomy, team spirit, respect, and the commitment of management, the company promotes the values that ensure its industrial performance.

 Training
Electricfil invests each year around 4 percent of its salary expense in training, particularly in quality and the company's special skills.

 Environment
Recycling waste, treating effluents, reducing water and energy consumption… Electricfil takes into account all of today's environmental concerns in the context of the automotive industry, as defined by ISO 14001 certification.
