Organized as processes, each customer-dedicated team produces tailored products in a spirit of partnership. It is however possible to integrate customer quality tools.
The grouping of the customer-contact and sales personnel with project managers in the same department optimizes management and communication in six languages to date, namely French, English, German, Italian, Chinese and Japanese.

Solution Engineering has a considerable budget (8% of revenues for R&D) to develop innovative solutions and produce products that are increasingly competitive and well suited to the market.

Optimum integration of know-how

In a quality-oriented environment meeting automotive standards (FMEA, dependability, traceability, etc.), Solution Engineering uses integrated methods for:

• computer aided design (Pro Engineer),
• development with integrated applications (Altium, Moldflow, etc.),
• rapid prototyping,
• validation tests (performance, thermal and mechanical environment, EMC, etc.).

The design and construction of the production means (machines and tooling) are essentially based in France, at the R&D center. To ensure close relations, R&D branches are set up in each group subsidiary. Customers can also take advantage of resident Electricfil engineers on their sites.
