Eddy-current speed sensor
The sensor is made up of a magnet and a coil. At high speeds, eddy currents are created in the turbine
blades due to the magnetic fi eld variation.
The resulting magnetic fi eld generates a voltage signal
in the sensor coil that the remote electronic process to
generate digital pulse
