Temperature sensor
An NTC thermistor is used to measure temperature.A thermistor is a resistor used to measure a change in
temperature via the related change in resistance.
For an
NTC (negative temperature coefficient) thermistor, the
resistance decreases with increasing temperature.
A power
supply is required, usually 5 volts fed through a load
resistance to limit the current inside the sensor to 1 mA.
