Conscient de la force des domaines d’excellence de l’industrie automobile rhône-alpine, j’ai accepté de piloter l’axe international du Cluster pour faire progresser la mutualisation des moyens des entreprises adhérentes. Je suis enthousiasmé par l’énergie des entrepreneurs que je rencontre et par les fruits de leur engagement : échange d’idées nouvelles, partage d’informations sur des clients étrangers, partenariats commerciaux,... Au programme en 2010 ? Présence dans plusieurs salons internationaux et neuf missions thématiques en prise avec l’actualité du métier, là où se joue le futur de l’industrie automobile : Inde, Chine, Brésil, Japon,... Electricfil Lance un Smart Battery Sensor auto-adaptatif

Avec son Smart Battery Sensor (SBS), Electricfil Automotive propose un moyen efficace pour prolonger la durée de vie de la batterie, obtenir une puissance fiable de démarrage et une réduction des émissions de CO2, sans contrainte d’étalonnage de la batterie.
Le Smart Battery Sensor (SBS) d’Electricfil combine de multiples solutions de mesures non
intrusives pour contrôler en permanence l’intensité, la tension et la température de la batterie. Les algorithmes développés et brevetés par Electricfil, testés par un grand fabricant de batteries, utilisent ces données pour calculer l’état de santé, de charge et de fonction, . Ces informations sont fournies au système de gestion d’énergie par le biais d’une interface à deux ou trois fils, compatible LIN ou CAN.
Ainsi, le contrôle en boucle fermée du moteur et de l’alternateur permet de réduire jusqu'à 3 % la consommation de carburant et les émissions de CO2. La production et la consommation d’énergie s’équilibrent, ce qui allonge la vie de la batterie et garantit une puissance toujours disponible pour un démarrage rapide et fiable du moteur, même avec les voitures actuelles les plus gourmandes en énergie.
Le SBS d’Electricfil est également le premier capteur de batterie qui s’adapte automatiquement à tout nouveau type de batterie, grâce à ses algorithmes brevetés , ce qui dispense de faire appel aux services d'un concessionnaire.
Olivier Andrieu, responsable technologique de ce produit chez Electricfil, explique : « Ces nouveaux algorithmes sont si puissants qu’ils peuvent même déterminer la capacité d’origine d’une batterie usagée et envoyer un signal, si elle ne correspond pas à la valeur consignée dans le système de gestion d’énergie ».
Par ailleurs, un capteur de courant sans contact élimine les inconvénients des capteurs shunt, ouvrant ainsi la voie à une gestion non intrusive de la batterie.
Il en résulte une puissance de démarrage sûre, des économies de carburant, des émissions
réduites de CO2 et une plus longue durée de vie de la batterie… sans contraintes
supplémentaires.
Ce produit sera disponible en différentes présentations pour un montage facile, à côté
de la batterie ou sur le câble de cette dernière.
